Energy emission growth ceased last year: R. Skoda comments for CT

Global emissions related to energy production ceased at approx. 33 billion tonnes last year. This was announced by the International Energy Agency. According to them, this is due to a decrease in emissions in electricity production in developed countries, especially in the US, Japan and the EU.
