Abstract:

The project establishes the National Center for Artificial Intelligence (NCUI) as an applied research platform with national and European impact. A consortium of 6 academic, 30+ industrial and state partners will implement 9 interdisciplinary work packages to achieve 5 goals: 1) build NCUI with effective governance, 2) integrate AI subdisciplines with application research, 3) strengthen academia–industry links, 4) consolidate national research capacity, and 5) promote science-for-policy with ethical and social focus. The outcome will be a stronger Czech AI ecosystem, knowledge transfer, and development of trustworthy AI.

Project No. TQ28000003 is co-financed with state support from the Technology Agency of the Czech Republic under the SIGMA Program
