National Centre of Industry 4.0, CIIRC and EIT Manufacturing support a new program: „Pre-accelerator in Ukraine – EIT Jumpstarter“. The goal of the challenge is to help Ukrainian innovators turn their ideas and discoveries into successful companies. EIT Manufacturing will help high-potential early-stage teams to develop their business idea through online training, expert mentoring and sub-granting. The best selected teams also have the chance to win cash prizes of €7,500, €5,500 and €3,500 and access to the EIT community network.

With the contribution of our international community of business experts, research centers and universities, we create a favorable environment for the flourishing of creative thinking and innovation. Graduates of the program and as part of the alumni community will receive additional support and specialized guidance from the EIT communities regarding the next phase of their initial journey.

What will you learn?
During October – December 2022, you will find and validate the best business model for your innovative idea and learn to present it. The outline of the program consists of the following:

  • Online bootcamps and mentoring. You will receive online training (15 hours in total) provided by experts to develop a business case for an entrepreneurial idea; as well as knowledge on pitching the business case in order to get investor funding. Furthermore, teams will have the possibility to receive individual mentoring from industry experts.
  • Online Pitch Day. You will compete for cash prizes and pitch your idea in an online event in front of an expert Jury.

Why is this a unique opportunity?
The program methodology is based on the EIT Jumpstarter system, an award-winning pre-accelerator launched by six EIT Knowledge and Innovation Communities in a project led by EIT Health.
