Abstract:

The main objective of the sub-project is to create an innovative industrial hall management technology. Such a system will use the connection of the virtual twin building (simulation model) with the real time measured data from real building with the help of IoT technologies. For the virtual twin building development, the software tool Energy Plus will be used. The access tool for Energy Plus data core is possible to use software DesignBuilder, which is a user interface and allows automatic communication with peripherals. By creating the virtual twin model, it will be possible to simulate behaviour of a building based on the boundary conditions. These boundary conditions will be dynamically changed according to weather forecast (climatic data), data from indoor environment (temperature, relative humidity etc.) The boundary conditions will be primarily collected from the building through the sensors which are using the IoT technologies principle. The simulation model will be recalculated in a given time step in connection with the building´s requirement. The result will be information for the measurement and regulation system.
