The team of CTU students (Long Hoang Nguyen, Jan Pichl, Martin Matulík, Jakub Konrád, Petr Marek and Ondra Hrách) led by Jan Šedivý from the CIIRC CTU took part in the final of The Alexa Prize. It competed for who can develop the best chatbot working with the smart Amazon Echo device. The Czech team brought home the second place and financial prize of 100,000 USD.
