Annotation:

The project will assist manufacturing SMEs and start-ups from RIS countries in their digital transformation in post-crisis transition, their engagement in networks for digitalised manufacturing as supply-chain partners and will contribute to the development of local ecosystems in RIS countries.

In the first stage the consortium will launch an outreach campaign and propose new methods of SMEs and start-ups involvement in digital transformation.

Seminars, preceded by an open call for applicants, will be organised in six RIS countries in local languages and will gather at least 15 SMEs to ensure interactive format of the seminars with possible hands-on presentations of state of the art solutions. The seminars will be recorded and made available online.

The last stage of the project will focus on individual coaching for selected companies. Companies will receive: 12 individual expert consultations, 6 digitalisation plans and 18 mini-grants.
