Abstract:
Within the sub-project Big data, security and data integrity a novel system for quality management in automotive will be designed and implemented in the form of a functional prototype. The goal of the sub-project is to develop a system that will replace the traditional approach with a flexible system that will adjust the measuring intervals to the actual needs as well as to the availability of measurement devices while meeting the reliability requirements at the same time.
The identification of the optimal measuring points will be derived from multiple resources as follows:
- Historical measurement data,
- Asset management data (e.g., calibration of a machine),
- Condition monitoring data, and
- Utilization of measuring stations.
This project is supported by the Technology Agency of the Czech Republic within the programme National Centres of Competence 1: Support programme for applied research, experimental development and innovation.
