„AI, Machine Consciousness, and the Future of Human Intelligence“
presented by

World-known futurist speaker and author of the books “Future Minds” and “Heart of the Machines”
Abstract:
Looking ahead to the future of artificial intelligence, what challenges do we face as AI begins to emulate the patterns, nuances, and paradoxes of human thought?
This keynote explores the rapidly developing frontier of AI and machine consciousness: not as a claim that AI is conscious in the human sense, but as a vital challenge to how we define consciousness, intelligence, and even personhood. What happens when machines appear to think, feel, or suffer? What does it mean when they surpass us in reasoning, creativity, or emotional intelligence? Instead of asking if AI can become human, should we be thinking about how it might reshape what it means to be human? Drawing from neuroscience, philosophy, and emerging AI architectures, this talk examines how machine intelligence may soon reflect and challenge our deepest assumptions while igniting new models of thought.
