Annotation:
The project is complementary to the H2020 Teaming Phase 2 Project.
The main objective is to acquire infrastructure and upgrade equipment for the independent RICAIP Centre, which will lay the foundations for the future European research infrastructure in Industry 4.0.
The RICAIP Centre will connect testbeds in Prague, Brno and Saarbruecken and, using virtual and augmented reality, will enable remote industrial production control or rapid adaptation according to the customer’s current needs or available means of production.
The upgrade of the infrastructure (building of a distributed testbed) will be carried out at both CIIRC CTU and CEITEC BUT. Both nodes of the distributed testbed will be fully integrated and connected to the already built German node in Saarbruecken – a joint testbed of DFKI and ZeMA.
